About IronActonParish.info
Welcome to IronActonParish.info - a website for Iron Acton, South Gloucestershire; a website for those who live in or near the parish; and a website for those with interests as such as visiting, family links or the history of Acton Court and the Poyntz family.
This site launched in May 2008, and we add new material regularly. We aim to ensure all the parish's institions and organisations are represented here, with their news and events.
We also, aim to provide a wide range of interesing and useful content. You'll find a regularly updated calendar with what's happening in the parish, as well as a few other events in neighbouring towns and villages that may be of interest. There's information about local services.
We are also compiling a useful local directory of businesses and organisations. If you are a local business, you can list free of charge. It's also possible to take advantage of premium advertsing slots.
