May Day
The May Day fete is on Bank Holiday Monday, the 2nd May 2011.
This year we intend to introduce some more attractions; expand, and improve access to, the parking and improve the programme.

Programme of Events
10:45am Procession of the May Queen and Attendants from The Lamb to The Green
11:00am Crowning of the May Queen
Followed by an afternoon of entertainment, including:
May Pole Dancing
Country Dancing
Morris Dancing
Dog Agility and Obedience Demonstrations
Tai Kwon Do Demonstrations
Modern Dance Display
Brass Band
Art Display (in Parish Hall)
Tug of War
And, of course, the usual wide variety of stalls including farmers market, WI, children's crafts, fairground attractions, lots of food outlets and a licensed bar.
